Disability Employment Service Providers
Neurodiversity is a term used to explain the consistent ways some brains work differently than others. In a work environment, these neurological differences are often seen in a person's thinking processes, focus, communication, perception, anxiety or sensory experiences.

At Team Cohesion, we provide training for disability employment service providers so that they are better able to provide effective support to neurodiverse individuals in the workplace.
This training will equip attendees with an understanding of four common differences for neurodivergent jobseekers or employees at work and develop the skills and strategies to support inclusive & empowered teams.
