Team Cohesion has partnered with the Australian Red Meat Processor Corporation (AMPC) to design and deliver and Autism Employment Program within the Red Meat Processing Industry. The red meat processing industry offers diverse roles to match Autistic strengths and skills, including (but not limited to):

Machine operation & maintenance support
Animal Care

The Enhancing the Food Production Workforce Autism Employment Pilot addresses labour shortages in red meat processing by developing an inclusive employment model for Autistic job seekers. With an unemployment rate of 34% (Amaze, 2019), Autistic individuals remain underrepresented in employment despite their valuable skills.
