A job for you in a workplace that welcomes you.
We are looking for autistic adults who want to explore a career in food production, with a team that understands how you work and is ready to support you in your role.
We are looking for autistic job seekers.
The Enhancing the Food Production Workforce with Neuroinclusion Pilot is an industry-first program connecting autistic job seekers with meaningful roles in the red meat processing sector. It has been designed from the ground up to work for you, not just in theory but in real workplaces with real teams.
The program is supported by the Australian Meat Processor Corporation (AMPC) and delivered in partnership with Team Cohesion, a specialist neurodiversity employment consultancy.
Together, we have spent more than a year building the tools, training the employers, and creating the support structures that make this work.

See the workplace before you apply
Starting a new job or entering a new workplace can feel unfamiliar and overwhelming. That is why we have created virtual reality videos that take you inside the actual workplaces: the plant floor, the HR office, the team spaces. This allows you to explore the environment and gain a better understanding of what it is like to work in the industry before you start.
What happens next?
The next step is simply a conversation. Filling in the Expression of Interest form does not commit you to the program or to a job. It lets us know that you would like to learn more. Team Cohesion will then contact you to guide you through the expression of interest process and answer any questions you have.
