Team Cohesion Neurodiversity Employee and Employment Training

Job Readiness Coaching

6 x 1 hour sessions as required

Pre-developed materials and coaching to include:
1. Understanding your strengths, abilities, preferences and needs
2. Creating a professional resume and cover letter
3. Navigating the recruitment process
4. Understanding the purpose of interviews and build interview competence
5. Researching and applying for jobs
6. Preparing yourself for the workplace

Team Cohesion Neurodiversity Employee and Employment Training

Self Advocacy at work (and beyond!)

2 to 4 x 1 hour sessions as required

Create an individualised and empowering work summary to outline your work preferences and accommodations required to enable success at work.

Summary to include:
1. Communication Preferences
2. Executive Functioning Profile
3. Sensory Profile, including interoceptive and proprioceptive needs
4. Managing anxiety and overwhelm

Team Cohesion Neurodiversity Employee and Employment Training

Employment Coaching

30-minute to 1-hour sessions as required

Ongoing coaching to provide on the job support and mentoring to navigate the work environment, understand both the employer and your responsibilities at work, and enable understanding, growth and cohesion. Coaching topics may include:
• Understanding workplace culture
• Building organisational & time management skills
• Writing emails and using calendars effectively
• Neuro-typical and neurodivergent communication differences
• Setting and working towards goals
