Reasonable adjustments for neurodivergent employees 

60 minute training module
~ Pre-requisite - Neurodiversity at Work - inclusion and cohesion

To provide effective reasonable adjustments for neurodivergent employees you need to recognise, understand and respect different brain neurology. This training will help attendees understand why reasonable adjustments are needed/and what reasonable adjustments may be helpful for productivity and success. 
Includes: Reasonable Adjustments Checklist - for Managers and/or neurodivergent employees to complete, discuss and implement.

Focusing on the different characteristics of autistic, dyslexic and ADHD and neuro-normative communication. Understanding effective and respectful communication from each unique perspective and building interactional competence and cohesion.
