Autistic Employees & Jobseekers

Employers
Team Cohesion offers services for employers that include modules involving easy and relatable training content, practical approaches based on years of hands on experience as well as consultancy, support and coaching to enable neurodivergent employees and their co-workers to work together with mutual understanding, respect and cohesion
Employee Assistance Programs
Our employee assistance training contents aim to build clinicians confidence and understanding when listening to, communicating with, understanding, and providing advice to neurodivergent people in the workplace.
Human Resources
At Team Cohesion, we offer specialist training for Human Resources such as hiring managers, recruitment, and diversity and inclusion teams to remove barriers for neurodivergent candidates and ensure recruitment processes are neuro-inclusive.
Driving Instructor Training
Team Cohesion provides training to help driving instructors and volunteers learn
about Autism enabling them to individualise their approach with autistic learner
drivers.
Disability Employment Service Providers
Team Cohesion provides training to help disability employment service providers learn how to support neurodiverse individuals in the workplace and develop an understanding of the different approaches required to support workers.
