Driving Instructor Training

Team Cohesion provides training to help driving instructors and volunteers learn about Autism enabling them to individualise their approach with autistic learner drivers.

Differences in sensory perception and processing input can make it more challenging for autistic learner drivers to learn to drive. Driving instructors need an understanding of autistic experience to be able to provide guidance and implement supportive strategies.
